Today, more than ever, we need to act smarter not faster to consider the various factors that can influence delivering sustainable outcomes.
To often, those planning new initiatives or processes, are not stopping the consider options and impacts at the beginning – were real benefits can be created.
Today, it is important that the philosophy behind all decision making is:
“STOP, THINK, CONSIDER, RETHINK, RECONSIDER, AND IMPLEMENT then RETHINK AND RECONSIDER REGULARLY TO SEEK THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOMES FOR ALL”.
Our sustainable processes must reflect circular thinking, where issues and influences are considered fully during initial planning and then acted upon – BUT – are continually reconsidered and review to test for any corrective actions that may arise. The best results are the ones that contain opportunity to be reviewed.
Collectively, real “Sustainable Benefits” can be delivered to create a sustainable future – and now this is more important than ever.
